Proposition 65 Listed Chemicals Affected by Hazard Communications Standard Amendments.  OEHHA is initiating these actions based on changes to the federal regulations that affect the basis for the original listings.

Intent to change the basis for the listing of hexafluoroacetone and phenylphosphine as known to the state to cause reproductive toxicity.

Effective June 11, 2010, OEHHA will remove male reproductive toxicity as a basis for the listing of chlorsulfuron.  Chlorsulfuron will remain on the Proposition 65 list based on U.S. EPA’s findings of developmental and female reproductive toxicity.

Diuron found not to meet the scientific criteria for listing via the Authoritative Bodies mechanism as causing developmental or reproductive toxicity.

Diazinon, a candidate for listing via the Authoritative Bodies mechanism, was found not to meet the Scientific Criteria (22 CCR 12306(g)) for authoritative bodies listing as causing reproductive toxicity under Proposition 65

Chemicals found not to meet the scientific criteria for authoritative bodies listing as causing reproductive toxicity under Proposition 65: 2,4-D 2-ethylhexyl ester and 2,4-D 2-ethyl-4-methylpentyl ester

Correction to the list of chemicals as known to the state of California to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity: Disodium cyanodithioimidocarbonate.
