The Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee is scheduled to meet on Monday, February 25, 2013, in the Coastal Hearing Room of the California Environmental Protection Agency headquarters building located at 1001 I Street, Sacramento beginning at 10:00 am and continuing until all business is conducted or 5:00 pm. The meeting will be available via webcast.

Notice of Intent to List Nimodipine as known to cause developmental toxicity

Benzo[a]pyrene, Deltamethrin, Methyl parathion, Uranium and Xylene for discussion at the July 12 and 13, 2011 DART IC meeting.  Hazard IDs available for review and comment.

The California Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is the lead agency for the implementation of the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65).

Proposed Amendment of Section 25204, Safe Use Determinations

Nimodipine has been found to meet the criteria for listing as causing reproductive toxicity via the "Formally Required to be Labeled or Identified" mechanism.

Extension of public comment period for: Atorvastatin calcium, Fluvastatin sodium and Nimodipine.  Chemicals under consideration for possible listing via the Authoritative Bodies mechanisms.
