Intent to List: Benzophenone, coconut oil diethanolamine condensate (cocamide diethanolamine), diethanolamine and 2-methylimidazole as known to the State to cause cancer.

Effective July 24, 2012, OEHHA is adding two chemicals, isopyrazam (CAS No. 881685-58-1) and 3,3’,4,4’‑tetrachloroazobenzene (CAS No. 14047-09-7), to the list of chemicals known to the State to cause cancer.

Intention to list Isopyrazam and 3,3',4,4'-Tetrachloroazobenzene as known to the state to cause cancer.

Availability of the draft hazard identification documents for cyclohexanol, 2,4-DP (dichloroprop), and metribuzin.

Request for information on cyclohexanol, 2,4-DP  to be considered by OEHHA's Science Advisory Board's Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant (DART) Identification Committee for possible removal from the list and revision of the basis for inclusion on the list of chemicals known to the State to cause reproductive toxicity: 2,4-D Butyric Acid.

These amendments clarify that scientific peer review for No Significant Risk Levels for carcinogens and Maximum Allowable Dose Levels for reproductive toxicants proposed by OEHHA are provided by two Science Advisory Board Committees.

Chemical listed effective June 15, 2001 as known to the state to cause reproductive toxicity: N-methylpyrrolidone.
