Background materials for CIC consultation on OEHHA's proposed acrylamide workplan.

On April 1, 2008, OEHHA posted a notice requesting volunteers to participate in a workgroup for development of possible regulatory language addressing the methods of delivery and content of warnings for exposures to listed chemicals in foods. The response was overwhelming, with volunteers from diverse stakeholder groups offering to participate. However, for the group to be effective and work efficiently, OEHHA has to limit the number of direct participants.
